When you send an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, email address (optional), the destination and dates you are interested in, number of travellers, budget range and any notes you add. We also record technical and campaign information such as the page you came from and advertising source tags (for example UTM parameters), so we can understand which channels reach you.
How we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry and prepare itineraries and quotations.
- To manage bookings, payments and support for your trip.
- To send confirmations, reminders and receipts by email or WhatsApp.

Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to deliver your trip – for example with hotels, transport providers and booking partners – and with service providers we use for email, WhatsApp messaging and our customer-management system. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
